Full account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@criminalcitygame.com from the email address linked to your account.

Requests are processed within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before proceeding.

Partial data deletion
Requests to delete specific data while retaining your account may be limited or refused where the data forms part of our fraud prevention, security, or account integrity systems.

Data we retain
Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the integrity of the Game, or maintain records of enforcement actions. This includes records of terminated accounts and enforcement decisions.

Deletion of an account does not automatically remove data that is shared with, or referenced by, other players' accounts (for example, trade history, clan records, or in-game communications visible to others).
