وكر العصابات ("the Game") is operated and managed by the Game Administration ("we", "us", "our", or "the Game Administration").

References to "we", "us", "our", or "the Game Administration" refer to the operator responsible for managing, providing, and enforcing the rules of the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using وكر العصابات ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the Game. 

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including:

• Username

• Password

• Linked email or third-party login methods

You agree that all activities performed under your account are your responsibility.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for securing your account.

The Game Administration is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from:

• Compromised email accounts

• Password sharing

• Weak passwords

• Use of third-party services or tools

Any loss of virtual items, currency, or progress due to such actions will not be compensated.

4. Account Sharing, Selling, and Multiple Accounts

You may not:

• Share your account with others

• Sell, trade, rent, transfer, or give access to your account

• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items outside the Game

• Create, use, operate, manage, or benefit from multiple accounts in a way that gives any account an unfair advantage

• Use accounts belonging to family members, friends, or other players to support, boost, collect resources for, transfer benefits to, or develop another account

• Allow another person to use your account, or use another player’s account, regardless of the relationship between the players

Violation may result in account suspension, restriction, item or currency removal, or permanent account termination. 

5. Unauthorized Access and Hacking

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data related to the Game is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

• Hacking

• Phishing

• Social engineering

• Any attempt to obtain another user’s credentials

Such actions may result in permanent account termination and further action if necessary.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

All virtual items, currencies, and in-game resources:

• Are owned by the Game

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged for real money outside the Game

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the Game only.

Purchasing or obtaining any virtual items, currency, resources, or in-game content does not transfer ownership of such content to the player. Players are granted only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use such content within the Game, subject to these Terms.

The Game Administration may modify, remove, adjust, suspend, or revoke access to any virtual items, currency, resources, or in-game content when necessary to enforce these Terms, correct errors, maintain balance, or protect the integrity of the Game.

7. External Trading and Real-Money Transactions

• Any selling, purchasing, trading, transferring, advertising, promoting, brokering, or negotiating involving accounts, virtual currency, items, resources, services, or any in-game assets for real money, external payments, gift cards, cryptocurrencies, or any form of compensation outside the official systems of the Game is strictly prohibited.

• Players are not permitted to use third parties, middlemen, external platforms, social media, messaging applications, or any unofficial channels to conduct such transactions.

• Account renting, temporary account transfers, boosting services, or exchanging in-game assets for external benefits or services are also prohibited.

• The Game and the Game Administration are not responsible for any losses, scams, fraud, thefts, disputes, or damages resulting from prohibited external transactions.

• The Game Administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in such activities, as well as remove related virtual assets or currency without compensation.

• The Game Administration may investigate suspected external trading or real-money transactions using internal logs, account activity, transaction records, gameplay history, communications provided to support, technical analysis, and any other available evidence.

• The Game Administration is not obligated to disclose internal evidence, investigation methods, detection systems, technical logs, or information relating to other players when enforcing this section.

8. No Compensation Policy

The Game Administration does not guarantee restoration or compensation for:

• Lost items or currency

• Account access issues

• Unauthorized transactions

• Losses resulting from account sharing or external compromises

Compensation is not guaranteed and may only be considered at the sole discretion of the Game Administration in cases of verified internal technical errors caused by the Game systems.

No compensation will be provided for losses resulting from account sharing, compromised credentials, external trading, third-party access, player-to-player disputes, unauthorized transactions, or actions performed from an account using valid login credentials.

9. Purchases and Payments

All in-game purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play.

• Purchases are non-refundable unless required by platform policies.

• The Game Administration is not responsible for payment disputes handled by third parties.

10. Cheating and Exploits

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of cheats or hacks

• Exploiting bugs or glitches

• Using unauthorized third-party tools

Violations may result in:

• Item removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

The Game Administration may determine violations through automated systems, manual review, internal tools, technical analysis, gameplay logs, and any other available information.

11. Bug Abuse

Any attempt to exploit unintended game mechanics or bugs for personal gain is prohibited.

The Game Administration reserves the right to:

• Remove the gained advantages

• Penalize or ban accounts involved

The Game Administration may determine violations through automated systems, manual review, internal tools, technical analysis, gameplay logs, and any other available information.

12. Modification of Game Content

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, remove, or reset any game data

• Adjust game balance

• Change or remove items, currencies, or features

At any time without prior notice.

13. Loss of Data

The Game Administration is not responsible for loss of:

• Progress

• Items

• Currency

Due to:

• Server issues

• Updates

• Technical errors

• Unexpected circumstances

14. Misuse of Support System

Providing false information or making misleading claims to gain compensation or advantages is prohibited.

This may result in:

• Denial of requests

• Account penalties

• Permanent ban

Repeated false reports, misleading claims, fabricated evidence, abuse of the support system, or attempts to pressure the Administration into granting compensation or advantages may result in restrictions, denial of support requests, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

15. Community Conduct

Players must not:

• Harass or abuse others

• Use offensive or inappropriate language

• Violate community guidelines

16. False Information and Defamation

Spreading false, misleading, or unverified information about the Game, its security, systems, economy, administration, moderation, or other players in a way that may cause panic, confusion, reputational harm, or disruption to the community is prohibited.

This includes false claims of hacking, security breaches, unfair treatment, manipulation, or system failure when such claims are not supported by verified evidence.

Violations may result in warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and impact of the conduct.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

The Game Administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, review, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, harms the Game, disrupts the community, abuses the support system, exploits bugs, engages in prohibited transactions, or threatens the integrity, fairness, or security of the Game.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary.

Account suspension or termination may result in the loss of access to the account, virtual items, currency, progress, purchases, rankings, and any other in-game content, without compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable platform policies or law.

Players may contact support for clarification; however, the Game Administration retains final authority over enforcement decisions. 

18. Internal Investigations and Evidence

The Game Administration may conduct internal investigations when suspicious activity, violations, reports, unusual account behavior, or potential harm to the Game is detected.

Investigations may include reviewing internal logs, account activity, gameplay records, device-related data, transaction history, support communications, technical indicators, and any other available information.

The Game Administration is not obligated to disclose internal evidence, detection methods, security systems, technical logs, investigation procedures, or information related to other players.

Any enforcement decision may be based on the information available to the Game Administration at the time of review.

19. Reviews and Pending Accounts

The Game Administration may place accounts under review when further investigation is required.

There is no guaranteed time limit for account reviews. Each case is reviewed individually based on its own circumstances, available information, and the amount of data that must be examined.

During a review, access to the account or certain Game features may be restricted.

The Game Administration may complete, extend, or reopen a review at its discretion when new information becomes available.

20. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game.

The Game may be:

• Updated

• Modified

• Temporarily or permanently discontinued

At any time.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
